Eyecare Plus Warranty & Store Policy

Spectacle Lenses are custom fabricated to your prescription and for your frame. If you are unhappy with your spectacle lens selection due to lens style or design we will exchange your lenses for a different lens style or design. In the event that the new lens style or design is more expensive then your original purchase price then you will be required to pay the difference. We do not offer refunds for spectacle lenses.

In the event of a prescription change, within 45 days of your original purchase, when originally determined by; 1) Our doctor, we will change your lenses at no charge. 2) Your doctor, we will change your lenses with a 60% off discount.

Frames are fit and adjusted for your individual needs and comfort. If you are unhappy with your frame due to frame style, design or comfort, within 45 days of your original purchase, we will exchange your frame and lenses at no charge. We do not offer refunds for frames. Your frame and lenses are unconditionally warrantied against breakage of any kind for any reason for a total of 12 months. During the first 30 days frames and or lenses will be repaired or replaced at no charge. For 11 months following we will repair or replace the frames or lenses with a co-payment of $25.00. Your warranty does not cover loss or theft. You must return your old lenses and or frames.

*Progressive Lens Guaranteed Fit. In the rare event that you are unhappy with your new progressive lenses, with in 45 days of receiving them, we will exchange you lenses for standard single vision or standard line bifocals at no charge.

Our Warranties & Store Policy applies only in cases when you purchase frames and or spectacle lenses from Eyecare Plus. When you purchase frames and or spectacle lenses from your or with your vision care plan, their individual policies and or warranties may apply.

Deposits left on unclaimed merchandise will be forfeited after 60 days.
